How ranks work

VIP ranks are the buyable ones, and each tier includes everything from the tiers below it, so upgrading never loses you a perk. If you want one, head to the Store or message Ezzybeam/@mc.ezzysmp.net on Discord and we will sort it out.

VIP ranks

These are the ones you can buy. Each step up the ladder adds a command or two on top of everything you already had, and the money goes toward keeping the server running.

Tier 1

VIP

The starter rank. A badge next to your name in chat, plus /hat, which is sillier and better than it sounds.

Tier 2

VIP+

Everything VIP has, plus a crafting table that follows you around. Handy on long mining trips.

Tier 3

MVP

Open your ender chest from anywhere on the map. Once you have this you stop planning trips around it.

Tier 4

MVP+

Everything MVP has, plus /back. Die somewhere dumb, type /back, walk over and pick up your stuff.

MVP++

This is where flight kicks in. Tall builds and long trips across the map get a lot less tedious.

Pro

Quality of life commands for people who put real hours into the server. Less inventory shuffling, more playing.

Elite

Heal up and refill your hunger on the spot. Nice when you are deep in a cave and forgot to pack food.

Elite+

The top of the ladder. Every buyable perk on the server, all at once, and nothing left to climb.

Special ranks

You cannot buy any of these. They go to creators, partners, and the people who put work into the server itself.

YouTube

For people who make videos about EzzySMP. Send us a link to your channel on Discord and we will take a look.

Twitch

Same deal for streamers. If you play EzzySMP on stream, send a link to your channel and ask.

Broadcast

Broadcasting access for creators and media folks we have approved. The team hands this one out.

Partner

For people and communities we work with directly. If you think we should team up, come talk to us.

Media

For the folks who film trailers, promos, and other content for the server.

Designer

The design team. The logos, rank badges, and visual bits around this site are their work.

Builder

The build team. Spawn, the arenas, and the big server projects come from these players.

OG

A thank-you badge for the people who were here at the start, back when this was just a handful of friends.

Staff ranks

The people who keep things fair and fix stuff when it breaks. These come from applications and trust, not the store.

Helper

The first rung of staff. If you are new and confused, a Helper is the person to ask.

Mod

Moderators keep chat friendly and step in when something goes sideways in game.

Admin

Admins have the tools to handle the bigger problems and keep the server ticking day to day.

Manager

Senior staff who keep the rest of the team organized and pointed the same way.

Dev

The people writing the plugins and website code that everything else sits on.

Owner

Ezzybeam. Started the server, pays the bills, and gets the final say on how it all works.

Default ranks

Where everyone starts out, plus the bot accounts that quietly keep things running.

Member

What everyone gets once they are in the door. Most of the server plays on this and does just fine.

Noob

A friendly badge for players still getting the hang of things. We have all been there.

NPC

Reserved for the bot and system accounts that handle announcements and automation.

Rank glyphs

Every rank has a little badge that shows next to your name in game. Copy one and paste it in chat (it only shows up if you have the resource pack on).
